2. Payment Disputes via Razorpay
- If you were wrongly charged or made a duplicate payment, contact Razorpay support for resolution.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Razorpay’s policies and may take 5-7 business days.
3. Download Issues
- If you are unable to download a purchased file, contact us immediately.
- We will reissue the download link if the issue is verified.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
- If you believe someone else made a purchase using your account, inform us within 24 hours.
- We will investigate and take necessary action, including reporting the case to Razorpay.
