2. Payment Disputes via Razorpay

  • If you were wrongly charged or made a duplicate payment, contact Razorpay support for resolution.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Razorpay’s policies and may take 5-7 business days.

3. Download Issues

  • If you are unable to download a purchased file, contact us immediately.
  • We will reissue the download link if the issue is verified.

4. Unauthorized Transactions
